How to add an email signature in Outlook
Outlook supports HTML signatures. SigSnap’s table layouts paste cleanly into new Outlook, classic Outlook, and Outlook on the web.
1. Create the HTML
- Go to SigSnap and fill in your details.
- Choose a template and click Copy HTML (or Download .html if you prefer a file).
2. Outlook on the web
- Open Outlook in the browser → Settings → Mail → Compose and reply.
- Under Email signature, create or edit a signature.
- Paste the HTML into the editor and save.
3. Outlook for Windows / Mac
- Open a new message → Signature → Signatures… (wording varies by version).
- Create a new signature, paste into the editor, and assign it as the default for new messages and/or replies.
- Send a test to yourself and check on mobile.
Tips
- Prefer system fonts (Arial/Helvetica) — SigSnap already does this for reliability.
- Keep the signature under ~600px wide so it doesn’t stretch on phones.
- If paste looks plain, try pasting into Outlook on the web first, then sync.
